From September 2011 all of our apprentices will be employed either by Pearson in Practice ATA or by a third party employer. Pearson in Practice ATA is keen to engage with IT employers to develop both apprenticeship opportunities and permanent roles for our apprentices. Some of the Zenos learners who completed their apprenticeships earlier in 2011 are still available for employment and this area of our website introduces the range of services that we provide to employers and outlines some of the main features and benefits of working with Zenos.

• We are not a recruitment agency but we provide a managed service to support our clients throughout the recruitment process, tailored to your specific needs.
• All of the candidates that we offer are fully trained, have industry recognised qualifications and are ready for work, meaning they have a positive impact on your business from Day 1.
• Around 4,000 young people complete our apprenticeship programme every year, and whilst many of them find their first job role or get a place in Higher Education within weeks of completing the programme we have a number of candidates looking for the right role for them.
• Many of the young people are mobile and flexible in where they want to work and so we encourage enquiries from Employers anywhere in the UK.
