What qualifications do I need to get into a Zenos Academy?
Minimum 4 GCSE grades A-C but in exceptional cases you can get into the academy without any qualifications, by being highly motivated and having the right attitude.

What can I do if there isn't a Zenos Academy close enough to where I live?
There are 17 academies across the country with plans to open 5 more in September 2009 so you are never more than 30 minutes away from an academy.

What do I wear to attend the Academy - is it really smart?
Students are expected to wear smart office attire.

What are the Academy hours?
Zenos courses require students to be present during normal working hours 9am-5pm.

What sort of jobs am I likely to get
There are several jobs available, a few of these include remote support technician, desktop support technician and field based technician.

I want to go and see an Academy for myself. Is that possible?
Zenos hold open days for prospective students. This is a great way to come and see what Zenos has to offer and to meet some of the staff and students. See our facebook page for more details.

Do I really not have to pay for any of the training?
No not a penny. Everything is paid for by the government. Contact us now to see if you fit the criteria.

Do I need to have a computer of my own?
Each learner has their own computer throughout the course, with the latest software.

When in the year do the Academy programmes start?
There are two intakes, one starts in February and the other in September.

Do the people at the Academies do other activities outside of the training programme?
Yes, for example Zenos are setting up a national talent competition for all Zenos learners.
