All learner referees must be named on interview paperwork in order to be eligible. Any other method is not acceptable (i.e. verbal, first day, enquiry form etc). The interview paperwork consists of the forms which prospective learners complete and submit to us at the time of registration. A prospective learner can only name one referee for each programme.
All prospective learners shall be admitted to a programme at the discretion of Zenos, and there is no obligation on Zenos to accept any prospective applicant.
Referees must have been registered learners for at least 3 full calendar months prior to being eligible for payment of a referral fee of £100.
The payment shall only be payable if the prospective learner registers for a programme, and satisfactorily completes no less than 3 months of the programme.
The payment will be made 4 months from the start of the programme's intake.
Payment will be made by BACS to the bank details we have. It is the learner's responsibility to update the TCM's if they have new bank details.
All personal details, including the name of any referees and prospective learners shall be treated in confidence and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
All referees who receive their £100 referral fee shall automatically be entered into a prize draw to be held on 28th November 2012, where one winner shall be selected randomly to receive a cash prize of £1,000. The winner shall be notified by email no later than 5th December 2012.
Candidates shall be responsible for fulfilling any tax or other obligations on any referral fee, or prize draw winnings.
In the event of any dispute about the referral scheme or prize draw, the decision of Zenos shall be final and binding on all relevant parties.
